Bug Card

Here is a new card which I enjoyed making so much and it's going in the post today :0). 
The stamps are by Brigid Ashwood and are available from The Artful Splodger. 
I used a Versamark watermark ink pad with cosmic shimmers on the cogs and the Bee was heat embossed with clear then painted with Jo Sonja's Irridescent Paints.  I added a strip of gold embossed card from my bit box and then popped some eyelets on to add the ribbon lace up detail with a couple of gems.

So here I am doing the first post in my new blog,  I think this may be the start of something interesting.  This is an old card but I really like it and it's my starting point for what I hope to be a new creative range of work for me.

Stamps are from the Artistic Stamper and I like it because it's simple but fun and the quote is very true when it comes to crafting for me.  Images were stamped in Rangers Jet Black Black Archival Ink Pad also available from the Artistic Stamper.
